Quality, value for money, Superb Breakfast, Convenient position, Dining Room & Dinner - Menu del Dia great value & Quality
No rooms with walk-in shower suitable for disabled, and no real wish to cater for such needs - Receptionist shrugged shoulders!

The reception and staff were efficient, helpful and accommodating. The staff had a nice manner. The hotel is older but well maintained and clean. The restaurant was light and airy in the atrium. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is in a very good location for the city and a short walk to buses for the Allambra.

We have spent 3 days in twin room with bedroom and a double bed, for instance, everything was good. The breakfast was excellent for food or drinks, all the food was reasonably priced.

Overlooking a tree lined walkway on a centre reservation, with large fountains at each end, one which leads to the Cathedral. Many shops, cafe's and restaurants. We had quiet rooms away from the street, very peaceful. The Cathedral is a 10 min walk. With the Albayzin area a 20 min walk. Super location, for a walk by the river and dining under lamp lit trees. Extensive buffet breakfast too !
Beds a little too firm for more than two nights stay for us. However, the great pillows made up for the that.

The reception staff were very helpful making several extra phone calls to check on events for us. The breakfast selection was good and the staff at breakfast were great.
The view from our rooms was awful.

Loved the decoration of the hotel - the maure fresque on teh room wall was lovely. We also enjoyed going back to the 80's (the hotel decoration is totally from the decade) which gave us such a weird feeling (reminded us of our parents homes when we were younger!) the breakfast buffet was also generous and gave many options for those who do not eat pork (our case)
Bed sheets were dirty!!! While undoing bed before sleeping, was horrified to see what seems to be a dried blood stain on the sheet! When asked the maid to change the sheets the next day on my way out, seems the language problem did not help as seems she did not understand. When back, realized the sheet was not changed. However, since the sheet tray of the maid was left ungarded in the corridor went there, picked a new sheet, and changed the bed myself!
